How to order

Step 1 - Shopping

Browse our products by clicking on "Online Store" from the menu on the left side of the "Home" page. To select a product for purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button.  Once you have added an item to your cart, you can check out or click "continue shopping." When you click on the "continue shopping" button, Busy Bee Learning will remember the item(s) you have added to your cart until you are ready to check out. Keep in mind, you can always remove an item or change the quantity of each item at the time of check out.


Step 2 - Shopping Cart / Check Out

Once you have finished shopping, click on "check out." This will take you to a page which lists the item(s) in your cart. At this time, you can add more by selecting the "quantity" button or choose to remove an item. After confirming your shopping cart is correct, you can go back and continue shopping, or proceed to check out. If at any time you notice something has been entered incorrectly, please change it before you proceed to payment.


Step 3 - Payment:

Here you will find a "Paypal" log-in box.  You do not need to set up a PayPal account. You can bypass signing up with paypal by clicking on the "Don't have a PayPal account?" This will allow you to pay without having to set up a PayPal account. At this time, have your credit card ready. Be sure to enter all of the required information. You will also notice you have a few shipping options. Choose the shipping option you prefer and review your order. If you are satisfied with your order, click "confirm order." Please be assured this is a secure website. All information will remain confidential and will not be sold or rented to any third parties for ANY reason. (Please see our "Privacy/Personal Information" section).


Step 4 - Confirmation:

Once you see the confirmation page, you know your order is being processed. You will receive an email from Busy Bee (receipt) confirming your order.

Payment

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and ATM as payment for orders. We do NOT accept checks or money orders as payment.

Shipping of Oversized Items

If you are a school or organization wanting to place a large order, please email or call us. We will handle your order personally. Please note that we cannot ship oversized items to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Refusal of Delivery

If an order is refused and sent back, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to Busy Bee Learning and any other costs that are incurred as a result.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the redelivery cost. If a free shipping coupon was applied, it will not be valid due to the error, and the customer will be charged for all shipping costs.

Canadian Shipping Policy

You will see your total shipping price includes all duties, taxes, shipping and handling charges in U.S. Dollars before you place your order. All orders need to be paid in U.S. dollars.  If you have any questions, please call customer service at (877) 3BUSY-BE.


In very rare cases, an item may go out of stock after you have placed your order. Should this happen, you will be notified by email letting you know about out-of-stock product(s).  If we are unable to fill the order, you will be refunded promptly.

Cancellations

Orders ship out from Busy Bee Learning the next business day after you have placed your order - pending credit approval and order verification. However, every effort will be made to accommodate a cancellation or charge providing your order has not reached the order processing stage or has already been shipped out. In order to do this, we ask that you notify us of a cancellation before 3PM (PST). the following day you placed your order. After 3PM, packages will have been shipped.


To expedite the cancellation process, you must contact us by phone within one hour after submitting your order to ensure proper cancellation.  If your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled; however, it may be returned. Orders for electronic and paper gift certificates cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Please see "Returns" below.

You, as a loyal customer, continue to help us fulfill our desire of continually adding new and exciting products that will continue to enrich the lives of ALL children!  We are committed to serving you and providing you with excellent service from before, during and after your sale.


Please note, all of our puzzle products are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase. Should you need to exchange your puzzle during this time period for any reason, please see our refund/exchange procedures listed below. If you receive a product that is damaged, or is an incorrect item, you may return the merchandise in its plastic seal for a full refund, including shipping fees.

Refunds and Exchanges Instructions

When returning an order, we ask that you follow our easy return instructions to expedite transactions. This policy applies to all orders shipped in the United States. To expedite your return, you will need a "Return Authorization."

  • Clearly print your return authorization number to the label affixed to your order receipt and return with your shipment.  Any returned shipping costs are your responsibility. Returned products should be shipped via UPS or insured Parcel Post to:

  • All documentation and pieces need to be included with the returned product to receive a full refund.

Items sent unauthorized or without a documented return authorization will be refused and returned.

Lost, Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Upon arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your package immediately and report any discrepancies or damages before opening the plastic wrap. Busy Bee Learning must be able to document any damages; therefore, we ask that you keep all merchandise and packaging in "as delivered" condition.  Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 3 - 5 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged or is lost, but we will make every effort to correct this situation. Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete. Please be assured that Busy Bee Learning will work diligently with the carrier to resolve these matters expeditiously.

We take the security of your online transactions seriously. Your credit card information is protected by state-of-the-art encryption software. The encryption process makes your online ordering safe; it is the standard for processing a secure credit card order over the Internet.
